• Children are welcomed individually as they arrive
• Children may play within the bounds of the School Farm
• Children may help with some setting up tasks

Morning Session    9:30 – 11:00

9:30 – 9:40

• Children record weather conditions in weather log book

9:40 – 10:00

Morning circle:

• Song/poem according to the season
• Tasks for the day are determined, discussed and shared out
• Class splits into groups if appropriate

10:00 – 11:00

Garden work:

• Routine work is carried out such as watering, weeding, and hoeing
• Specific seasonal tasks are done

Morning Tea 11:00 – 11:15

• Snack (please bring your own)

2^nd Session 11:15 – 12:15

11:15 – 11:30

• Morning tasks are finished off if necessary

11:30 – 12:15

Project work:

• Compost making
• Taking soil samples
• Building a shade house

Lunch Break 12:15 – 12:45

• Lunch (please bring your own) 
• Children may play within the bounds of the School Farm

Afternoon Session 12:45 – 2:00

• Project work continued

1:30 – 1:45

• Workplace and garden are tidied up
• Children gather in a circle

• Children share and reflect their day with the rest of the class
