Viewing the SomerVille Ecovillage™

There are two tours currently available of the SomerVille Ecovillage^TM. They are the Information Tour and the Potential Resident Tour.

Prior to registering an interest in either of these tours, please download a free copy of our Community Information Pack.

Information Tour

This will be an opportunity to view the land, meet the people involved with the project and learn more about the SomerVille Ecovillage™.

You are also encouraged to share lunch with us! Bring food to share and if anything needs to be warmed up or cooked, make sure this is dropped off at Rob's Kitchen at the Yellow Shed well in advance of lunch time!

WILL BE TAKING PLACE - BASED ON NUMBERS

Dates are as follows:

	Sunday 8 June 2008	Sunday 6 July 2008
Sunday 3 August 2008	Sunday 7 September 2008	Sunday 5 October 2008

Viewing sessions start at 10am and you should allow at least 2 hours.

Please note that viewings are based on numbers and may be cancelled.
So it is imperative that you REGISTER if you wish to attend,
otherwise it may not take place.

Potential Resident Tour

If you are looking for an environmentally sustainable, community-oriented lifestyle in a beautiful country setting (only 45 minutes from Perth) then we invite you to learn more about the SomerVille Ecovillage™ project. SomerVille Ecovillage™, to be located near Lake Leschenaultia, will be Perth’s first community driven, world-class ecovillage.

The fully-serviced village is being designed by the community according to Permaculture principles and will feature sustainable housing, renewable energy systems, organic agriculture, village-based enterprises, and much more.

This is a tour for potential residents, if you are interested in the possiblity of buying a lot at SomerVille Ecovillage^TM please REGISTER your interest. You will then be contacted by a key member of the SomerVille team to setup a time for the tour.

How to get to SomerVille :

The Meeting Place for Tours is at the Chidlow Community Hall car park - big brown building near the playing fields on the Corner of Old Northam Road and Coothallie Road.
