Somerville Spring Fair 2004

Help organise the 2006 Somerville Spring Festival

Festival date still to be finalised.
 
It's likely that we will structure the 2006 Spring Festival in a similar way to the 2005 event.

The benefits of actively participating in the organisation of the festival will likely include (but are not limited to):

bullet Free entry;
bullet Reserved campsite (free of course);
bullet Having a great time with friends and a good feeling in your heart.

The festival organisers will likely be set up into different teams.

Overall Coordination

Looking after the whole event and making sure it all runs smoothly.

Program Team

Looking after the content of the festival, the music activities etc… this has been set up into four subgroups

     Circus

Stalls Team

Contacting and arranging all the different stall holders, including food and drink providers.

Public Relations Team

Promote the festival, radio, magazine, posters, website etc…

Venue Team
Set up the facilities of the venue, campsite, parking, toilets, marquees, coordinate the setting up of the stalls, stage etc…

Finance Team

Working out the budget, and looking after the financial side of things.
