The award-winning design of the SomerVille Ecovillage provides a holistic mix of privacy, community amenities, open spaces, and nature reserves.
104 lots are arranged in 10 small groupings, each with a central common space for use by the group of households, e.g. BBQs, pizza ovens, spa, and playgrounds.
Residents can safely walk and cycle on paths into the commercial and social centre.
